STORAGE & CARE INFORMATION
Please use the following guide to ensure proper storage and the best consumption conditions for your products.
We follow strict hygiene protocol and operate under e-Commerce, Proprietary Food & General Manufacturing FSSAI license.
Tea Cakes
All cakes are best consumed at room temperature (approx. 22°C to 25°C) to ensure the best flavour and texture. Store your cake in an air-conditioned room, if not consumed immediately. Leftover cake can be stored in the refrigerator for upto 7 days in an airtight container. Our apple cinnamon crumble cake and the strawberry almond cake need to be consumed the same day.
All cakes with icing need to be refrigerated until served.
Desserts
All desserts need to be refrigerated until served. Leftover dessert can be stored in the refrigerator for upto 3 days in an airtight container.
Cupcakes
Cupcakes are best consumed at room temperature (approx. 22°C to 25°C). Store cupcakes in an air-conditioned room, if not consumed immediately. Leftover cupcakes can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 7 days in an airtight container. All cupcakes with icing and/or frosting need to be refrigerated until served. Our apple cinnamon crumble cupcakes and the strawberry almond cupcakes need to be consumed the same day.
Brownies
Brownies are best consumed at room temperature (approx. 22°C to 25°C) and can be stored at room temperature for up to 3 days or in the refrigerator for up to 7 days, either in an airtight container or by wrapping the box in cling film.
Biscuits & Cookies
Cookies must be consumed at room temperature (approx. 22°C to 25°C) and can be stored in an airtight container, in a cool, dry place for up to 15 days.
Granola and Granola Bars
Granola products must be consumed at room temperature (approx. 22°C to 25°C) and can be stored in an airtight container, in a cool, dry place for up to 15 days. Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container if you wish to increase the shelf life for over 15 days and retain freshness of the product.
GENERAL
- We reserve the right to blacklist any customer that showcases disrespectful behaviour, disregard or misconduct towards the company, its owners, or employees.
- While the Urban Craft Ventures uses reasonable efforts to provide reliable information through the website, it does not warrant that the website is free of inaccuracies, errors and/or omissions, viruses, worms, trojan horses and the like, or that its content is appropriate or updated for your particular use. Urban Craft Ventures also does not warrant any results derived from the use of any software available on this website. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
- Ownership of the products is transferred completely to the customer only once full payment of the billed amount is made, and the product is delivered. Products are at the risk of the customers once they have been delivered.

- We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

PRODUCT & PRICING
All products and combinations thereof (‘Products’) listed for sale on the website will be sold at competitive prices. Any prices mentioned at the time of ordering will be the prices charged on the date of the delivery. However, you accept that prices of most products may fluctuate on a periodical basis, and Urban Craft Ventures will make all reasonable attempts to ensure that pricing is accurate and up to date.
Prices for the prevailing at the time of delivery are the final pricing and additional charges will be collected or refunded as the case may be at the time of the delivery of the order.
The sale of products listed on the website is subject to availability.
Urban Craft Ventures shall not be held liable in case, the product chosen by you cannot be supplied for reasons beyond Urban Craft Ventures control and you specifically agree to waive claims against Urban Craft Ventures in this regard.
