Urban Craft Ventures delivers all over Mumbai city for a delivery fee. As of now, delivery outside of Mumbai and internationally for all items is not supported through the website, but you can also reach out to us directly for this.

ORDERING POLICY
All possible effort will be made to execute your order and be delivered in stipulated time. It shall be customer’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery instructions are clear and precise
· To complete your order, we will need all fields at Checkout completed, including Delivery Information and the Contact number of recipient
· While placing an order, please provide us with the following information for delivery / Residence / Office
. Residence / Office – Postal address with phone number along with a proper landmark
· Regular Improvements will be made by Urban Craft Ventures management team to improve the customer experience in the menu, ordering process and user interface from time to time
· Please be aware that the weights indicated are approximate and might vary a bit
· For any order modifications (billing, delivery address, delivery date etc.), please contact our Customer Service Department at least two working days before the original delivery date.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
- We reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide on our site without notice. We will not be liable if, for any reason, our site is unavailable at any time. Occasionally, we may restrict access to some parts of our site, or to our entire site, to users who have registered with us.
- The storage and shelf-life instructions for all products are mentioned in the description on the website and also on the packaging of certain food item.
- Urban Craft Ventures cannot warranty the quality of its products if the recipient does not ensure proper storage conditions after receiving.
- Your order will only be accepted once payment has been received in full by us; post which, terms and conditions will become effective.
- Delivery costs and applicable GST if any will be added to the total amount due before completion of your order.
- We will send you an email confirmation upon receipt of payment to notify you of the fact we have received and accepted your order.
- The payment for all products must be by any of the methods available on this website on the date when your order is placed.
- All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses or for any reason does not, authorise payment to us, whether in advance of or subsequent to the payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of the products ordered.
- Please be aware that products may vary from the images presented on the website and the images are used for representational purposes only as all Urban Craft Ventures products are all homemade & handcrafted.
Same day Delivery
We give you the option of Same Day Delivery where the gifts & treats you order are delivered to your loved ones on the same day. With same day delivery you will never have to miss out on gifting your loved one on special occasions. The best option by which you can send gifts to your loved ones is when you almost forget to place an order till the last moment. Any gift and gourmet dessert can be clubbed together to send across to your friends & family. Same Day Delivery of gifts are delivered by same day to anyone in Mumbai.
Next Day Delivery
Next-day delivery is also referred to as 24-hour delivery. Next-day delivery means that senders can have items delivered to their loved ones more quickly than a standard 2 or 3-day service. The Next Day Delivery tags are applied to those products which can be delivered on the next day within Mumbai city. Any gift and gourmet dessert can be clubbed together to send across to your loved ones.
Pre-order
Pre-order cakes are not available for same day delivery. Cakes are consumable products that have limited shelf life, so we make sure that your cake is freshly baked and delivered to you or your loved one’s doorstep. All the gourmet desserts are baked after we receive an order for it, this is all to ensure that you're getting exactly what you want! Pre-orders are delivered after 2days as per the delivery date selected by the customer.

Seasonal
Unique fruity flavours are a perfect fit for a particular season. So certain cakes/desserts have been categorised as seasonal cakes. Seasonal flavours mentioned on the webstore are back in stock during that season.
Urban Craft Ventures will be solely relying on the delivery information provided by the customer on the website. The deliveries can be made by any of the following parties - Urban Craft Ventures, product partners or logistics partners of Urban Craft Ventures.
The customer is responsible for the information of the recipient’s correct name and address details. This information should be precise, accurate and complete (i.e. contact name and number, building name, flat number, wing etc.) to enable delivery under normal conditions.
In case any details are required to complete the delivery, the customer will be contacted over a phone call.
We shall endeavour that all deliveries will be fulfilled within the given time slot. If any delivery is made outside of the specified time slot, this does not entitle the customer for any refunds. As the customer recognizes that the delivery time is non-binding. Estimated delivery time depends on the location of the delivery and on the third-party logistics partner, and we will not be liable or responsible for the same in any event.
Delays in delivery due to bad weather, traffic disruptions and other unforeseen circumstances will be conveyed to the customer immediately.
Deliveries will be made for confirmed orders whereby the customer has opted for the orders to be delivered.
Delivery will be made by a third-party delivery service keeping in mind the nature of the order. The delivery charges levied depends on the location and time of the final delivery and the nature of the products bought. There will be a premium charged for midnight deliveries (deliveries made post 10pm). Urban Craft Ventures also allows for self-pick for all kinds of orders.
In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name or address or any other wrong information) any extra cost incurred by Urban Craft Ventures shall be claimed from you.
There will be few items for which delivery will not be possible and those items it will have to be picked up by customers from our premises.
