Refund Policy
RETURN & REFUND – For Gifting Products
We have 3 days return/replacement policy, but a request for return or replacement will only be entertained only if we receive it within 3 days after the date of delivery. Urban Craft Ventures does not ordinarily in the course of business accept returns/replacements of products that are bought through website from the gifting or bakery section of the website. For gifting items however, in case you believe that there is a genuine request to return the item purchased from the website which seems damaged or otherwise then you may write to us at support@urbancraft.co.in with all relevant details as indicated herein.
In case Urban Craft Ventures accepts the returns request in accordance with the policies as set out hereunder, depending on the nature of the products or the request raised by you, you are entitled to replacement of the products or refund which shall be completed at the discretion of Urban Craft Ventures.
In case we deem that there are quality issues with the products purchased from the gifting section of the Urban Craft Ventures website that are requested to be returned by you, we or our agents reserve the right to reject the return request and not accept returns of the products if the relevant details as indicated herein at not met.
Replacement: In case we agree to replace the product, Urban Craft Ventures shall ensure that the product which you are returning is replaced with a product that is of the same description as the original product ordered by you, subject to the availability of the stock.
Refunds: In case Urban Craft Ventures agrees to refund the purchase price paid for the products, any amount paid by you for the purposes of the purchase of the products by you will be refunded to you in accordance with the Refund Policy.
For processing of Returns, Replacements & Refund, the following details will be checked by us or our agents:
A Photograph of the product/s purchased from the gifting section of the website that you wish to return to us.
Invoice which was billed to you on your purchase from the gifting section of Urban Craft Ventures website to be submitted.
The original products sold to you are returned unused, unaltered, undented, unscratched or otherwise damaged. Products tags, MRP label and any other product ancillaries are undetached from the products and are returned as-is.
Original packaging/ box of the products are returned along with the product.
RETURN & REFUND – For Bakery Products
No return or replacement request will be entertained for bakery/food items as they are pre-ordered & made as per request. Urban Craft Ventures will not be able to take back such products under any circumstances due to the very nature of these products.
We ensure that all the items put up on our website are available for ordering, however in certain cases, if the ordered product is unavailable another product of equal value would be delivered after a confirmation from you.
Please note: The risk of product unavailability is higher during holiday periods, during festive seasons and especially the year-end holidays than during the rest of the year.
If there is a shortage of a particular product, We will call you or e-mail as soon as possible to find a solution.
Till then either on the below option are always available,
- Postpone the delivery until the product is available again, if and when this is possible
- Replace the product with one that is comparable in terms of quality and price
- Full refund - we will refund the original purchase price of the products paid by you. The refunds will be processed to your bank account through approved methods of transfer within a period of 7 business days. In case you are not in receipt of your refund amount within the above specified time, you can get in touch with your banking services provider or with Urban Craft Ventures at support@urbancraft.co.in
Replacement Policy
Ownership of the products is transferred completely to the customer only once full payment of the billed amount is made.
Customers acknowledge, understand and agree that Urban Craft Ventures does not assume responsibility for deliveries, as the same are outsourced to third party logistics partner.
If a delivery is requested by a customer on this website, the customer acknowledges and agrees that Urban Craft Ventures outsources deliveries of its products to third party logistics partners and is therefore not responsible/liable for damage to the product and/or other issues which may arise once the product(s) leave Urban Craft Ventures premises. Therefore, if a customer opts for delivery of a product, the delivery of each product is at the customer’s own risk and Urban Craft Ventures assumes no liability/ responsibility for such delivery, delays in delivery, damage caused to products during the course of delivery and/or any other related issues which may arise.
Products are at the risk of the customers once they have been dispatched from Urban Craft Ventures premises.
Since taste and preference is a very personal matter, we will not entertain replacements or refunds for products that are simply not to your liking.
If the products are damaged, incomplete or different from the one you have ordered, please contact us immediately and we will have them replaced, upon investigation of the case. Upon due investigation of a case if it is resolved that a product is to be duly replaced, all such replacements are strictly subject to return of the defective/damaged/incomplete and/or different item, as the case may be.
Urban Craft Ventures will not be held liable for any complaints raised after twenty-four (24) hours of receipt of the products.
In the case of defective products, you must retain the defective products and all packaging for inspection by us. Based on the outcome of our examination of the products, a part of full refund in the form of store credit will be given.
