Cancellation Policy

Prior to 48 hours before the scheduled date of the delivery of the products purchased by you, subject to the products being returnable in accordance with applicable Terms of Service herein, you may raise a request for cancellations to Urban Craft Ventures. In case Urban Craft Ventures agrees to the cancellation, any amounts paid by you for the purchase of the products will be refunded to you in accordance with the refund policy.

We reserve the right to cancel your order in the event of any breach of the terms and conditions or detection of fraudulent transactions.
